Captured by Porches fine ales are always unfiltered and naturally carbonated. We never use fining agents or filters because we believe that beer, like bread, is a living process that is best made as simply as possible; natural settling and carbonation give the beer a smooth quality that we are proud to serve.
All of our beers are made with regionally grown, locally malted organic grain, and are always vegan.
Below you will find a list of our bottled selections. Our Invasive Species IPA is available all year, and we always have at least one other beer seasonally available in bottles as well. Our beers are available in 750ml (25.4oz) reusable dollar deposit bottles and in 15.5 gallon keg. Click here for where to find them.

If you would like a greater selection, bring a growler and come visit us at one of our bus locations.
CURRENT BOTTLED SELECTION
||Invasive Species IPA: 70 IBU, 6.3 ABV Brewed in the traditional British style, our IPA is a copper-coloured ale that is at once hoppy and malty. Not a "West Coast" IPA, this brew is balanced between hops and malt, and pairs well with food or as a stand alone ale.|
Other beers in our repertoire include the following (these may or may not be available in bottles. Also check our weekly beer bus offerings).
All of our organic malted barley and organic malted wheat are malted right across the Columbia River in Vancouver, Washington at Great Western Malting.
||Emma: 24 IBU, 5.6 ABV A richly malted, well balanced deep red Amber, created with unmalted wheat, rye, and oats. Lightly hopped with tettnanger. Dedicated to Dylan's first historical "crush," the anarchist hottie pants hgerself, Emma Goldman.|
||Punctured by Corpses Undead Porter: 70 IBU, 6.3 ABV Our Halloween offering. Dark, rich, malty, with a creamy chocolate finish. Brewed using unmalted wheat, oats and rye.|
